I had never really thought about creating my own blog before. Isn't this opportunity to create, learn and play an act of serendipity?

I love the name you have chosen - Serendipity is my favourite word.
I am a bit of a word collector and I'd like to share one I found today - pasquinade.
It means a satirical piece of writing posted in a public place.
Could be another good name for a blog, no?
I too love the word serendipity! We nearly named our horse serendipity, but she become Fonteyn instead (after the dancer). Another favourite is quixotic (this from my daughter). Pasquinade is great too!
